YOUR GUIDE TO CHEWIE MODE!
First and foremost, ask the Cast Member loading your group for assistance with Chewie mode. They will likely either perform the steps for you, or help you understand how to, assuming there is time.However, if you're down to learn, this is a guide on how to activate Chewie mode as a team without Cast Member assistance. A few things to note:
1.
The following steps must all be completed BEFORE the Cast Member seals the door to the cabin.2.
The steps must be completed IN ORDER3.
You should not interfere with the seat belt check
Now, onto the guide!
Please read all instructions before attempting.1. Everyone should file into the cabin and quickly sit down, stow their items, and buckle their seat belt, complying with the safety checks from the CM.2. Once your seat belt is buckled, you will notice a flashing light at your console. This is the 'station activation' button, that turns on your controls. DO NOT ACTIVATE YOUR CONTROLS YET.3. Consoles will need to be activated in order - PILOTS, then GUNNERS, then ENGINEERS, with a 'shift key' style function for each.4. First, Pilots will push and hold their controls ALL THE WAY left/right or up/down, then press the flashing activation switches at their consoles. Then, inform the Gunners it is their turn.
5. Then, both Gunners will push and hold any one of the white buttons around their screen, then press the flashing activation button at their console. Then, inform the Engineers it is their turn.
6. Finally, Engineers will push and hold any one of the white buttons around their screen, then press the flashing activation button at their console.
7. If all this is completed before the Cast Member marks the ride ready to send, you should hear Chewie and only Chewie as the ride begins!Best of luck activating Chewie mode on your next Millennium Falcon flight!
